GROUP GYM CLASSES
- Group classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students to ensure quality. The instructor will closely monitor, guide, and assist students in adjusting techniques, helping students gain more energy during the training process.
- The group classes will last for 50 minutes, with a 10-minute warm-up and cool-down, and 40 minutes of training.
- Students will use Myzone heart rate sensors to monitor their metrics and workout intensity.
